Kick-off Meeting – Tbilisi

The VITAL consortium officially launched the project at a four-day Kick-off Meeting hosted by Petre Shotadze Tbilisi Medical Academy, covering the work plan and timeline, governance and communication, financial management and reporting, quality assurance and risk management, and the dissemination and sustainability strategy.
