WP4 – Strengthening Research Capacity & Academic Mentorship

WP4 enhances institutional research capacity through a scalable Training-of-Trainers (ToT) model: faculty members from partner institutions take part in intensive research skills workshops, then deliver peer-led local training sessions for their colleagues. The work package strengthens grant-writing, open science and collaborative research skills, ensuring institutions can independently conduct and mentor research. Its outputs feed into the VITAL Hub and are adapted for long-term reuse.
