WP3 – Advancing Faculty Leadership, Digital Pedagogy & Peer Mentorship

Building on the insights from WP2, WP3 delivers two iterative rounds of training on leadership, soft skills and digital pedagogy – the second round featuring enhanced content, including AI-supported approaches. It also implements the 1:1 peer mentorship model, ensuring individualised support for participants. WP3 oversees the VITAL Hub rollout, integrating digital tools and resources for continuous faculty development.
