WP2 – Diagnosing Institutional Needs & Building Competency Foundations

WP2 lays the groundwork for VITAL through the co-design and implementation of a structured institutional needs assessment. Using surveys, interviews and diagnostic tools, the consortium identifies priority gaps in leadership, soft skills, digital pedagogy and research training across partner higher education institutions. These insights inform the VITAL Leadership and Soft Skills Competency Framework and the conceptual structure of the VITAL Hub.
