WP1 – Project Coordination, Management & Quality Assurance

WP1 oversees coordination, financial management, partner communication and risk mitigation across the whole project. It establishes clear management structures, ensures adherence to timelines and monitors progress across all work packages. Quality assurance includes internal peer reviews, milestone-based evaluations and transparent reporting to maintain integrity and Erasmus+ compliance.
